DO NOT USE if you need ongoing care for an illness that requires follow ups. They are impossible to get a hold of and they do not call, email, or text you back. I have used them 2 times; a dental cleaning and a sick appointment. Both Dr. Rodgers and his vet tech Denise seem very knowledgeable and didn't try pushing unnecessary and expensive treatments or tests. Our last appointment in December, my cat was treated for pancreatitis. They gave him meds and asked me to let them know how he was doing in a week and stated that he may need periodic injections of the medication. I email them a week later stating that he has improved but the meds have upset his stomach and inquired if there was anything we could give him. I also asked them if they could send me an appointment summary as I needed it for my cat's insurance and they only gave me an invoice.
I didn't receive a response for 3 WEEKS.
Once I finally got a response, I then inquired about what the treatment plan moving forward is as his previous symptoms were coming back.
It has been 25 DAYS since I emailed them.
I have also called and left a voicemail, sent a text, and more emails. All with no responses. Thankfully I didn't wait for them to contact be back and got him into an area vet clinic who was able to see him right away
